In March 2010, I became aware of the differences between sexuality and gender identity, and I’ve since been exploring whether or not my anatomical placement on the feminine end of the gender spectrum is best fitting, or if I should pursue gender transition in order to become outwardly what I’ve struggled so desperately to keep hidden inwardly.

I began HRT in the fall of 2010, and I plan to have a double mastectomyand a full hysterectomy as soon as financially possible.
